Demolition & Site Work on Pine Island, FL

Pine Island isn't a typical Lee County submarket. There are no high-rises by ordinance, a real working agricultural base (mango and palm groves in particular), and a mix of older fish-camp stock at St. James City, residential rebuilds across the middle, and acreage at Bokeelia on the north end. Each end calls for a different scope.

Post-Ian work is still active across the island, especially on the lower-elevation lots near the water. We do teardowns, slab and debris removal, elevated-foundation rebuild prep, and acreage clearing for new-build sites — all on Lee County permits, all with the access planning the Pine Island Road bridge demands.
