Demolition & Site Work on Fort Myers Beach, FL

Fort Myers Beach took the worst of Ian, and Estero Island is still rebuilding. We work the entire length of the island — from the Times Square area south through Bay Beach — on teardowns, foundation removal, debris haul-off, and the elevated-foundation site prep that almost every rebuild here now requires.

The town is its own permitting authority, with its own coastal-construction setbacks, FEMA-elevation requirements, and storm-recovery sequencing. We run the Town of Fort Myers Beach permit packet, and we plan around the bridge to keep equipment moves and haul-off windows from compounding the timeline.
